I cannot say enough good things about Scott Goral in the Mastria Cadillac Service Department. I brought my CT4 in for an issue, and I’ll admit that I was extremely frustrated. Having a problem with a brand-new vehicle had me upset, and I definitely came in with a terrible attitude. Despite that, Scott was nothing but kind, cordial, professional, and understanding. He handled the entire situation with grace and never once made me feel like I was being difficult. His level of customer service completely changed the tone of the experience. What really impressed me, though, happened afterward. I accidentally left my walking cane at the dealership. I contacted Scott, and he told me he would make sure it was held for me. Unfortunately, when I returned, someone else had taken the cane. This was certainly not something Scott was personally responsible for, but instead of simply apologizing and leaving it at that, he went above and beyond — he had a brand-new walking cane sent directly to my home. That kind of service is rare. Scott took a situation that could have left me with a very negative impression and completely turned it around. He genuinely cared about making things right, even when it involved something outside of the original service issue. Scott has completely changed my opinion about the stigma surrounding Mastria’s service department. Because of the way he treated me and handled everything from beginning to end, I look forward to continuing to do business with Mastria Cadillac for years to come. Scott is an absolute asset to Mastria Cadillac and exactly the kind of person you want representing your dealership. Thank you, Scott, for going above and beyond. Scott from the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parts arrived in a timely manner. When vehicle was serviced I received it back in the time they gave me. They did a great job and I also received the vehicle washed. I will return in the future for service and repairs, highly recommend.

Excellent service. I'm a first time visitor to Mastria and couldn't be happier with them. From the initial phone conversation with my service representative to the final call saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup, 3 days earlier than initially expected. Definitely going to continue with Mastria for future maintenance and any possible purchases.
