I had a weird, unexpected issue with my car that I needed to have looked at by a dealership. I don’t live close to any Cadillac dealerships, so I initially reached out to the one closest to me. Unfortunately, after several phone calls, I didn’t feel like they were very kind, helpful, or understanding. I then called Mastria Cadillac in Raynham, and the experience was completely different from the start. I spoke with multiple people while setting up my appointment, and every single person was kind, understanding, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. Because of their outstanding customer service, I decided to make the longer drive to Raynham, and I’m so glad I did. Scott went above and beyond on the day of my appointment to minimize my wait and get me back on the road as quickly as possible, especially knowing that I drove a long way to get there. I was in and out in about an hour, got my car taken care of, and they even gave me a free car wash. Definitely worth the drive. Great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Raynham Cadillac. Five stars! ⭐️

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Mastria GMC in Raynham; salesman Sayed A. made the experience so relaxed and with no pressure; very informative and helpful and available; Jerry in finance also provided a relaxed experience; everyone was so friendly; they offered a great price right from the start including a very reasonable trade-in offer; I really was so pleased there was no need to really haggle. I would highly recommend anyone to try them out first; might save you time from shopping around. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

Worked with Kerry and Jonathan to look at what my truck was worth when I came in for a service. Was able to work with them to upgrade from a 2017 GMC Canyon to a 2026 with very little hassle and very easy conversation. Definitely would recommend working with them on your next purchase.
