Finally a pleasant experience at a car dealership! They really are doing things different at Mastria. I did my research and found there new and used prices were a solid 5-10% lower over a 200 mile area. My salesman was pleasant and straightforward. I always refuse the extended warranty, but the cost was so low, I couldn't refuse. Ill certainly be back in a few years to buy another!

First thing I said “Please no pressure to purchase - Just looking” It was so easy - Spoke first with Jonathan Borges (General Sales Manager) in the parking lot. He was awesome, friendly and answered any questions I had - even gave me his cell phone number and said call me anytime, just happen to be on a Sunday (his day off) which I appreciated. Johnathan then put me in touch with Kerry Parkos (Product Sales Specialist) to help me with the best pickup truck for my needs and wants and of course finances. I was trading in a 2022 Chevrolet 2500, which I was very happy with the trading value they offered me and proceeded to finalize the deal on a 2026 GMC 2500 AT4 with all the bells and whistles. Kerry spent a lot of time with me explaining all the electronic and mechanics of my new truck and even setup my Onstar system and account. I couldn’t be any happier with the service and respect I received thru the entire experience. Thank You, Johnathan and Kerry for being so professional.
