I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac ct5. What original caught my eye was the price. The car which is fully loaded only had 15,000 miles on it and it was a great deal. I called and the next day and met with Bruno the sales manager who was so friendly and accommodating. He then introduced me to Rashad, out the gates he was so kind and authentic. It felt more personal than just a sale. The car had just arrived, they had not yet received title and were up front about that. He went over all car facts with me throughly. My trade in was fully paid off and they offered me more than a fair trade in price. After putting the deposit down, I came the following day, to meet with the finance department and Gerry who is In the finance department was by far the finance manager I have ever felt with. Honest , upfront , did not try to up sell me things I did not need. Also informed me on refunds I could get from prior warranty’s on my trade in that I had purchased only a year ago. I would have never have known that was an option. Thank you to all the mastria stuff how helped me purchase my dream car. Bruno your sales staff is amazing .
